The service
Setto analyses surf sessions from GPS data and shows estimates of the waves you surfed. By using the app or the website you accept these terms.
Estimates, not official measurements
Wave counts, distances and speeds are estimates calculated from GPS, which can have errors (weak signal, water, position jumps). We do not guarantee they are exact.
Safety at sea
Setto is not a safety device. Do not rely on the app, the watch or the forecast to decide whether it is safe to go in the water. Respect the conditions, lifeguards' instructions and your own limits.
Setto Plus
Some features are part of Setto Plus, a paid subscription through Google Play. Prices, free trial, renewal and cancellation follow Google Play's terms and are shown before you confirm. You can cancel any time in your Google Play subscriptions; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Acceptable use
Don't use Setto for unlawful purposes, try to access other people's data, manipulate the leaderboard, or copy, modify or resell the app.
Your content
Your sessions and photos remain yours. You only give us the permission needed to store them and show them to you (and, if you choose, your totals on the leaderboard).
Ownership
The Setto name, logo, app and website belong to their author.
Liability
Setto is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for decisions made based on the app's estimates. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
